SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

The Enchanted Atelier currently ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

PROCESSING TIMES

Original artwork and handmade curiosities are generally prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.

Print-on-demand products are created after an order is placed and require production time before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated separately from product prices and are nonrefundable after an order has shipped.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

Orders containing both handmade or original items and print-on-demand products may arrive in separate packages because they are shipped from different locations. Customers will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout unless a package must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking information will be emailed when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. The Enchanted Atelier is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package appears to be lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
